  • PDI - Check in Call EVERY DAY Mon – Fri from 830am-10am (or during the time you and your Team Captain have previously agreed on).  Forgetting to call is like not Showing Up for work.  Do not leave a voice mail message.  Please speak directly to Abs, Danny or a Team Captain so we can coach you for success. Join our zoom 773-490-3849  If you miss PDI 3 Days in a row unexcused, we will assume you no longer want to be apart of the company and you will no longer be able to participate in the $22 minimum guaranteed base pay program.

  •  UNTIL you are at 3000 CPO, I want you to show CUTCO to HM30s only.  If you would like to see a customer who is not an HM30, you must receive permission from your Team Captain or Danny.  This means the customer must be HOME Owner (they cannot Rent) AND they must be Married  (not engaged or divorced) and they must be employed FULL TIME (not part time or retired) and One member of the Married Couple must be OVER 30 years old.  Please do not show CUTCO to husbands all by themselves unless you have received permission to do so. We want you to experience Success at high levels and this will help. Again, if you want to show CUTCO to a person who is not an HM30, just ask Danny for permission.

 

  • Until you are at 10,000 CPO, we expect that you call one of the managers on every single demo when you are on page 12 for the like list.  This way we can help get the best deal available for the customer.

 

  • Team Meetings are every Wednesday Night from 7pm-9pm & Every Saturday Morning from 9am-11am. These are Mandatory for success. Please bring all your Cutco – your sample kit, blue book, and all your recommendations to every meeting.  Wednesday evenings are casual and Saturday’s dress nice. A demo is NEVER more important than a meeting. If you cannot make a meeting for a health reason or a personal conflict, please give the office 24 hours notice.  If you ever need a ride, please give the office a 24-hour notice so we can help you. The weekly Wednesday meeting is where you will hand in all order forms and time cards.  This is how you get paid. Your time card must be turned in by the end of the meeting Wednesday night. You must have Danny sign your time card and you must receive a copy of the time card. IF you miss 2 meetings without an excused absent, I will ask that you resign within 7 days. If you have another job or you are taking a summer class or have a personal conflict (church, etc) just let us know. 

  • If you ever have 2 consecutive appointments with NO SALES – YOU MUST STOP IMMEDIATELY AND CALL THE OFFICE.  Text your manager “HELP – 0/2”. YOU WON’T BE IN TROUBLE, BUT WE NEED TO FIX IT BECAUSE THAT IS NOT COMMON.  YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DO a 3rd appointment UNTIL YOU HAVE SPOKEN TO A MANAGER & CORRECTED THE PROBLEM! WE ARE REALLY GOOD AT HELPING OUR TEAM MEMBERS!

 

  • Go Field training immediately in your first week to learn and see an appointment in action. This is a great learning tool to achieve higher levels of success.

 

  • Make 5 phone calls before & 5 phone calls after every demo forever.  In addition, we encourage you to make 30 minutes of phone calls 2 times a day in your fast start.  The phone is your friend. 8-9am & 7-10pm are the best phone times. Always block out one hour every Sunday evening between 6-10pm to make calls. Most people are home and this is the BEST night to reach the most people in the shortest amount of time.  The office and zoom is open Sunday evening between 6-10pm and Thursday evening from 7-10pm to make calls also. 

 

  • Memorize the recommendation approach & the close (pages 8,9,15)

 

  •  If you do not collect at least one order per week, the company is going to send you an email and will ask you to hand in your sample kit.  It is company property and you are required to do so within 7 days.  If you ever go on vacation, you MUST TURN IN YOUR KIT before you leave, and then when you return, you can pick up another one.  There is NO limit to the number of times you are allowed to turn in your kit & pick up another kit as long as you are in good standing and communication with the office.

 

  • My objective as I stated in training is to help you grow personally & professionally.  One of the best ways we can service you to help you hit your financial goals is through the resource of our Team Captains for a personal one-on-one meeting for 30 minutes in which they will review your presentation, sales skills, and put together a simple but detailed step by step business plan to help you achieve your goals & dreams.  CHOOSE GROWTH & allow yourself to be pushed & challenged to help you accomplish your goals and dreams quicker.
